Cancelation Policy
You will receive courtesy appointment reminders through email and text, 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We require a card on file in order to schedule any appointments. In the event of a no show or late cancel, the card will be charged an amount equal to the service booked. This policy is enacted out of respect for our technicians and our clients. We have the right to refuse service due to contraindications, please be aware that the appointment may still be charged in full. When scheduling an appointment, this verifies that you have read and understand the above statements and agree to the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy. To cancel any appointments, you can cancel on the app, from your reminder email, call, text or by email, as long as you are providing at least 24 hours notice.

Children Policy
We understand that moms don't always have time to themselves and we love children, however we ask that you not bring young children to your appointment as we cannot watch them. We have instruments and products that could be harmful to a child. We also want you and other clients to feel relaxed and let us pamper you! We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this request.
